All Louis Vuitton items offered are pre-owned, lawfully acquired from the secondary market, and uniquely customized with artistic or decorative enhancements. Western Spirit makes no claim of ownership to the LV monogram, the LOUIS VUITTON trademark, or any related brand identifiers.
Bags, Accessories & Jewelry
- Customers have seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or store credit. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
- Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, Western Spirit will determine eligibility for exchange or store credit.
- Items not exchanged or upgraded will be issued store credit for future use.
- Completion of any purchase constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Return Shipping Fees
- Customers are solely responsible for all costs associated with returning items.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For exchanges, customers will be invoiced separately for shipping costs associated with the replacement item.
Cancellations
- Orders may be eligible for cancellation only if they have not yet been shipped.
- Refunds are not provided for cancellations under any circumstances, including revamp services.
- In cases where cancellation is approved, customers may elect to receive store credit or exchange for a different product.
- Cancellations are not guaranteed and remain subject to Western Spirit’s sole discretion.
- Completion of any purchase constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Final Sale Policy
- Flash Sale, Clearance, and Custom Orders are strictly final sale. No cancellations, returns, refunds, trade-ins, or exchanges will be accepted.
- Western Spirit reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on the official website.
Right to Refuse Service
Western Spirit, its owners, and authorized representatives reserve the absolute right to refuse service, cancel, or refund purchases at any time, without prior notice, and at their sole discretion.
